The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) launched air strikes in southern Lebanon, killing 13 people, including four women and a child. In Haboush, Nabatieh district, eight people died, among them two women and a child, following an evacuation order issued by the IDF. Four others, including two women, were killed in Zrarieh, Sidon district, and one person died in Ain Baal, Tyre district. The attacks also injured 32 individuals.

Despite a ceasefire extension announced by US President Donald Trump on April 23, fighting has persisted in southern Lebanon.
